- For a large trade publisher, advised on digitizing the backlist to create new eBooks and to bring selected books back into print. Worked with the technical and production leadership to make the business case for the digitization, wrote RFPs for the digitization and the eBook hosting, managed the RFP process, and then worked with the publisher to ramp the project up and integrate the digitization with the new eBook hosting platform and their in-place production systems. The result was the successful digitization of several thousand books below budget and on schedule.
